Me too! I always crave stuff like cinnamon rolls, french toast, cookies, and sugary cereal
I learned somewhere though that our body's sugar cravings are actually queuing us to eat fruit. I've found that eating fruit instead does help -
I am a freaking fanihi when it comes to fruit!
