Correct me if I'm wrong, but Illinois recently implemented an abortion bill that allowed for women to terminate a fetus even at 9 months, for any reason.
The last sentence at the bottom. Abortions after fetal viability may only be done if they are NECESSARY to protect the life or health of the patient. Fetuses are generally viable in the last trimester. Please educate yourself better. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

In all seriousness, I'm sorry for my careless sourcing and should have used the actual bill itself. I am also sorry if I offended anyone, for it was not my intention. I had misinterpreted the statement on fetuses not having independent rights and the qualifications to terminate
