You know, the one nice thing about idiotic antivaxxers, they always feel a need to tell everyone 24/7 how superior they are for not vaccinating, so at least you know who to stay away from. Vaccines work, we have eradicated many vaccines with them, doctors do know what's in them https://twitter.com/DaBaddestCancer/status/1128830766371074048 …

anti-vax perspective puts at risk everyone around them, especially those who cannot vaccinate for legitimate medical reasons. Parenting is different, but you know what isn't a legit way to parent? thinking 20 minutes of google searching anti-vax articles is more than a dr knows

thats the side I also understand. but don't think I only did 20 min of google research please. you're judging me the way you think im judging people who choose to vaccinate their children. I merely said I understand if they don't want to. I've been reading about this for years.

doesn't matter if you read about it for 5 minutes or 5 years, its still false. the science supports that vaccines are positive and help protect against disease. thats the same thing as saying you're read about climate change being false for 10 years.... doesnt matter still wrong

It's ok. We appreciate your perspective & how much you care for the well-being of every immuno-compromised person. You can lead a horse to water but you can't force it to drink

my concern isn't even just their kid, its all the other kids, elderly and vulnerable people they expose

Oh yeah of course. Immuno-compromised ppl depend on herd immunity because their weak systems can't take vaccines but see, people spouting off about how they "understand' antivaxxers have proven that they don't or can't use that same understanding to trust the actual science so

And it's crazy bc as the population grows, the number of people w/ vulnerable immune systems naturally grow with it. Old people w/cancer, kids born with autoimmune diseases going through chemo..antivaxxers give zero fucks because why? nObODY rEAlLy KNowS wHAtS iN tHOsE vACcINeS

Exactly they aren't just making a choice for themselves they are making a choice for everyone around them and thats not fair. its selfish and dangerous and people study for years to gain degrees to qualify them to administer vaccines and some soccer mom with google thinks better?
