Well....that only (usually) applies to private residences. Not public places, or places of work. Shiet, now THAT would be crazy. Imagine stand your ground laws in public places!
Tbh I don't like the sound of that. Unless the vetting of people allowed to have guns is extremely thorough, I won't feel more secure if I know others can just whip out their damn glock to be a vigilante whenever they feel "threatened".

Do studies on different countries & cultures w/ different gun laws. Switzerland has almost no restriction on gun use but I felt it was one of the safest & friendliest places to visit but it does have a lot to do w/ the locals & their way of life.

EXACTLY. I know Guam's gun laws because I was a paralegal minor there and had to study up, but also my bro in law when we lived there was a damn fanatic and he and my sis got gun licenses and he got concealed carry there too.

Of course there's also Japan that has very strict gun laws & the crime rate there is also very low so it does depend on the people
