I tend to be attracted to historical fiction books, especially those of Korean or Japanese history. I wish there were more to my liking that are based in the islands :(

Ooh ok interesting sounds like something I'd like. I like reading about old Guam/Saipan but draw the line at War novels. They tend to focus on the names of the haole soldiers and misspell a lot of local names and includes a lot of strategy
