Just got this off of whatsapp. Eagle ray comes within inches of being eaten by shark. Can someone confirm this is (chagi) Norfside Sa'ipan.pic.twitter.com/iFae0eCCGy

Not a white/black tip because obvi. Too slim of a profile for a tiger, also wrong environment for anyone else. Looks like Saipan Northside too. That big eagle ray school is still going strong last I heard.

What kind of sharks are normally inside the lagoon?

Inside the lagoon would be reef white/black tips, nurse, and grays and less commonly scalloped hammerheads (mostly southern Guam). Everything else are pelagics.

We just had a few storms in the area. Could that have blown a pelagic shark into the lagoon?

Whaaaale wind doesn't affect them so much as the tides. I mean, pelagics can definitely be found within lagoons if they came in at high tide but then got stuck bc the tide was outgoing but it's fairly uncommon cuz they're pretty aware of tides
