A study in contrasts: 4-port EA site, one broken, the rest won’t go over 35kW…
Right across the parking lot a 16-port Tesla V3 SC, all working (according to PlugShare) max output 250kW.

How on earth does someone with almost 100 traffic tickets still have a drivers license

Incredible. After David Simon's tirade about a camera speeding ticket the other day, Streetsblog dug in to find he has more than 96 traffic tickets!

Completely solvable with my 3-step plan:
1. Ramp up automatic traffic law enforcement (speed cameras and red light cameras)
2. Lower speed limits
3. Separate traffic enforcement from regular policing
