I do wonder now if any of the many Japanese-only updates/re-releases of the PC version had something different too, though presumably they just kept the Dreamcast like the original versions.

I haven’t found a physical version of this port, but I occasionally play this version that I got from Mac Garden. It’s definitely playable, even though the text it’s entirely in Japanese.
