    Pornhub literally sold the 16 yr old trafficking victim’s rape videos for profit—35% profit to be exact. They reviewed each child rape before uploading it, now they are trying to hide behind Section 230 to dismiss the case. No sane judge will go for that.

    I’m not anti-porn but one time I accidentally witnessed a rape on and I was so fucking traumatized I literally can only watch now. Internet porn is a really fucked up sitch y’all. “Leaked” videos, spy cams, revenge, trafficking, lack of consent. That’s criminal.

    MindGeek could have chosen not to use the monetization of illegal content as the foundation of their business model. MindGeek instead exploited the whole porn industry alongside rape victims to turn a profit—the industry has no one to blame but MindGeek for the consequences.

    They were criminals long before these accusations, however. They started as the Napster of porn, and openly encouraged sharing copyrighted adult media, gutting the adult industry. If only people would have cared back then, perhaps we would not be where we are today with MindGeek.
