Would non-black people be turned away from attending the meeting?
-
-
-
How is that actually enforced? What about mixed people?
-
They said bi-racial people could attend. I wouldn't allow my son to attend it's .too racist. He's half white they will poison his mind.
-
I see.
-
Yeah the fact you have to even figure out if you're welcome is heartbreaking. Is that energy worth it? Feels odd and broken
-
To me it felt odd seeing a meeting that excludes in this way in a country & world, ultimately, that is getting more inclusive over time.

Sometimes being an ally means stepping back. We have a place in the movement, but it's not about us. We need to respect that.
-
I don't know if you notice this... but I'm black. So I say it's not ok period
-
And I'm white. And I don't need to invade other people's safe spaces.
-

Using the KKK as an example of an all white group and why this should be fine sets alarm bells off in my head. There are better ways...
-
Of supporting equality among all people regardless who who or what you are than supporting groups like this. I am an ally of equality
-
I legit don't block people but I'm going to block you if you don't stop coming at me like you have no common sense
-
I don't support what BLM philly are doing banning anyone who isnt black from the meeting Sorry if that came off the wrong way,
