    WA's Zac Incerti has unfortunately missed out on a heat swim this morning for the men's 4x100m freetyle relay. Cam McEvoy, James Magnussen, Jack Cartwright and James Roberts to see us into the final, with Kyle Chalmers to be injected tonight.

    Privileged to watch Sally Pearson run in Perth in January. Looked for all the world like she was a certainty for a third straight 100m hurdles gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in her home town. Press conference called for 11am Perth time with head coach and team doctor.

    Mark Knowles says he was shocked to be named Australia’s flag bearer. There would be few more worthy people of the honour. One of the great people in Australian sport.
