    An all too familiar & tragic story. Our member has been demanding accountability from Kirkland AFB for a jet fuel spill, est at 24 million gallons—bigger than the Valdez oil spill, migrating through Albuquerque’s aquifer. They ignored indications as far back as 1980s.

    The US’ long history of military imperialism has taken more than human life, it’s destroyed our natural resources. and we will continue to fight to keep it clean for generations to come. From 505 to 808 ✊🏼

    The military created Red Hill during an ancient war, to hide fuel from the enemy. Its makes absolutely no sense to keep it running today. We never should’ve waited until disaster strikes. But here we are. There’s jet fuel in our water. Babies are sick. Shut it down NOW.

    If a 501c3 nonprofit (!) can’t endorse candidates then churches can’t either. Why do you people think your about it all?

    Should faith leaders be allowed to endorse candidates from the pulpit? Should they be allowed to retain their institutions' tax-exempt status if they do?

    To this day KAFB will not listen to community concerns about water quality and refuses to re-evaluate the wells they poisoned. We are in solidarity with our Hawai’i relatives
