I used to love Leigh, she was such a tough interviewer, she would get people to answer questions. I feel she’s lost that mongrel in recent times. Perhaps management pressure, perhaps complacency. I think we need a new host at 730, to round off the insiders/QA reinventions

Simon Birmingham's responses were like a parody. " Nothing. Nothing. Nope. Nah. Nada. Nothing. No. Nup. Nothing. Nothing to see here". What a waste of oxygen that was!

High Court case on whether 'Palace letters' written during the Whitlam dismissal may be released. See Australia's 1975 constitutional crisis: TL;DR: In 1975 the former United Kingdom F*ed Australia (perhaps with US help?). See:

Barnaby Joyce has learned from past mistakes. Translation: My liver and dick have both stopped functioning so I can focus on core National Party business of rorting and trashing the environment without being distracted.

Parliament’s first day back for the year. The focus should be on the bushfire victims. Now the focus will be on the Nationals in fighting. The Nationals should be ashamed.

Barnaby only ever acts in the best interests of himself and people who pay him under the table. He does not act in the best interests of the country. He has proven that he is not fit to sit in Parliament, and nothing has changed in that regard.

If the vote was 11-10 in McCormack’s favour, then Barnaby Joyce & Matt Canavan will not stop until they get the leadership between them. We all know it is to protect big coal interests and pushback against Australian’s anger about the Morrison govt’s failure.
