@petercook The old system was bad, this new system is bad, people should stop pretending some transformation occurred.

@petercook These reforms, the (RSD) was supposed to be transformative, it has not been. All eggs in the charter basket, hurts children.

@KHRoyal I would disagree - I think a lot of people would, too. It has been transformative in many ways, it just hasn’t fixed EVERY problem
