@LaBAEO not to the extent needed to change situation there. Or else the changes we urge you to look at would have been used.

@LaFedTeachers when we pointed out in town halls and at the capitol that 66% of Caddo schools were failing we got nothing but excuses. -
@LaBAEO "excuses" and reasons are two different things. Funding terrible schools sure is a sorry excuse for "choice."
