@LaFedTeachers I agree with the LFT in many respects but I believe in the end that the Unions have guarded many bad teachers.
@FredericDeon w or w/o unions administrators have a job to do. Consider ALL the faces when you see lingering "bad" teachers! Admin must act.

@FredericDeon goal is to impact student achievement. Admin can fire anyone they need to towards that end. Sometimes they are lazy.#truth.

@LaFedTeachers I oppose much of the reform, but I feel that on my own merit as a good teacher, I will fare well wherever I go. -
@FredericDeon we hope that is true but VAM math shows is not. while you may be great, flawed equation doesn't actually measure your "merit."
