@LaFedTeachers no stereotypes! Every teacher deemed a pushover at my high school was part of the union. The "good" ones were not.
@FredericDeon experience matters but yours is not the only one. Our union serves vital purpose of being voice of professional educators.

@LaFedTeachers I worked as a lobbyist for an LFT affiliate for 2 years &was scolded at for acknowledging that there are ineffective teachers -
@FredericDeon we don't know if any teachers are really effective user VAM since equation has never been released, despite requests.
