@lafedteachers I had a spanish teacher at my high school that was ineffective and it took the district 4 years to fire him due to unions...
@FredericDeon administrators have plenty of avenues to terminate bad teachers, union or otherwise. Sounds like management prob.

@LaFedTeachers no stereotypes! Every teacher deemed a pushover at my high school was part of the union. The "good" ones were not. -
