I want our veterans know that I’m ready to get to work, that my door is always open, and that it is one of the greatest honours in our country’s public life to serve Canadian veterans at the Cabinet table.

Demonstrated capability and tenure is the type of consistency needed in government portfolios. Why are so many shuffles necessary unless it’s is poor leadership in the first place or the reward/punishment prime directive at work.

Unless you've not seen Canadian news for a few says, you know that JWR resigned, hence the latest shuffle. And it's quite possible the last shuffle was to shift JWR for someone more pro-DPA, more pro-blind-eye-to-corporate-corruption into MOJAG.
