We are deeply disappointed that the Assembly and the Senate have voted to pass S2866/A4372. New Jersey needs real transparency for dark money, but not at the cost of gutting anti-corruption and campaign finance rules, and undermining ELEC's independence.

We're in Trenton today with our friends & asking lawmakers to vote NO on A4372 the ironically named Election Transparency Act. It increases dark money in politics, undermines checks & balances, & guts local pay-to-play ordinances. Wrong for NJ democracy!

Members of the For the Many NJ coalition testified at the Senate Budget hearing today to urge lawmakers to prioritize New Jersey's working families — not big corporations.
Trickle down tax cuts won't fund the vital public services New Jersey's families need.
