    Our elections are secure already. Bottom line: the presence of law enforcement intimidates voters and is not necessary.

    Police presence at voting locations "does not lead to any additional security." We need a law to limit police presence at voting locations. It can intimidate voters! The legislation allows police to respond to emergencies. Support it!
