This is great to see. Harlow suffered some horrendous results last week. Instead of moping or infighting, Chris & Tony are out in the rain listening to voters and showing the community who cares. We need more of this across the UK

I'm incredibly humbled to receive so much support from residents. In 2017 when I first won the seat my majority was 150. It's now 1081! 4 years of hard work pays off. Another 4 years of hard work begins

I'm very worried to hear that plans are afoot to remove the local history section and the gallery from Colchester Library. To do so in such a historic town is nothing short of cultural vandalism. I have written to Cllr Barker to clarify what is happening.

Best of luck to all of our candidates. They have stood up for ordinary residents across Essex against cuts to public services. Since 2010 Essex County Council has had to make £800 million in savings - the direct result of the Tory austerity programme Tomorrow vote for change 🌹

Another classic leaflet, this time from She's had 4 years to campaign on this. She hasn't. In fact she recently voted against proposal to investigate shoddy repairs.

This is a common theme across the UK with the Green Party. In Colchester the only Green cllr vehemently opposes social housing. The Greens are not a left wing alternative.

A few years ago I worked with the Roman & Castle Road RA to have the old trees, which were ripping up the pavement, removed and replaced with new trees appropriate for the road and which will hopefully outlive me. We also managed to have the dangerous paving replaced.

Couldn’t make this up, person currently responsible for the state of the roads in , is up for Election. Here he says vote for him, & he’ll “repair potholes quickly” The sad thing he’ll win both his & seats, & retain his £90k plus salary.!?

I feel that my Tory opponent is standing for the wrong party. I wonder if she's aware that Essex Tories: 1 Scrapped meals on wheels 2 closed respite centres for disabled children 3 sold off our care homes 4 tried to close our libraries

I'm afraid that the golf course on Military Road outside the church is due to close on 4th May as resurfacing is planned. Please use any coupons or vouchers you have before this date.

Two sources who claim Boris Johnson did say he would rather have ‘bodies pile high in their thousands’ than implement a third lockdown are prepared to speak publicly. If the prime minister continues to deny it, they will speak under oath, says

There is now a real and serious problem in with this type of crime. Beware everybody, no where is safe, take extra care and precautions whilst out walking your dog. Anyone found guilty of this crime should face a minimum of 10 years in prison. Horrendous crime.
