The state sure did pivot from "the vaccine will stop the spread of COVID and lead us out of the pandemic" to "the vaccine doesn't stop the spread of COVID, but subdues the symptoms for many" quite quickly!

Regardless of whether it stopped the virus or just subdued the symptoms, it should NEVER be mandated.
