Anytime someone suggests that the state won't kill you for trivial offenses, point them to Eric Garner, who died at the hands of law enforcement for selling cigarettes. We oppose the madness that is the monopoly on force.

Eric Garner died as the result of a retaliatory gang hit by members he and his mother has previously documented interactions with. The gang members merely wore badges. He did not die for the cigarette. That was just a cover. He was murdered for revenge.
