Don't think for a second that American police won't do exactly this when ordered to. They choke people to death in this country for selling untaxed cigarettes.

I think you're theoretically correct. The only thing is that many of the same people they'd be going after are the same people that defended them against attacks in 2020. They'd be power tripping on the people who like them. It would be weird.
