Perhaps because ARMA is also a paid lobbyist for freehold interests, it was excluded But it should be involved in Commonhold Council (balanced by views of, say, Australian property managers, who are less conflicted).

Point 1/ was not from Ballymore, it seems. Perhaps lawyers' letter needs publishing for clarity.

Trust pilot onto for writing their own five star reviews. Will Ballymore gets their lawyers onto Trust Pilot for not allowing Ballymore to get away with writing fake reviews too? 🤔

Interesting on point 1. Why are deploying lawyers to defend ?! 💸

If only spent the time & legal fees involved in arguing semantics on remediating their buildings. Well done to for their relentless pursuit of the truth and for supporting innocent leaseholders.

Think is referring to my article a month ago, quoting 's research, based on how much these jobs actually cost. Sorry to be more unhelpful – we've taken down the paywall on this story and it's now free to read:

It was nobbled by the sector and quango LEASE was compromised early on. There is just so much money in legging over leaseholders.

Our first APPG on commonhold in June 2014. Housebuilders were then talking of incentives in order to bother with it. That was before doubling ground rents and the cladding disaster.

Oh, there will be no shortage of efforts to make it stumble and fall. Let's hope with less success than 2002 Act.
