If you request ballot then decide to vote in person does it still count?
119,000 ballots that were requested by and mailed to Nebraska voters have not been returned yet and must be RECEIVED by the close of polls next Tuesday in order to be counted.

You have to bring the ballot you were mailed with you to your polling site and submit it there. If you don't have it, you can vote provisionally, but your vote won't be counted until 1 week after election day.
