I do think that it is incumbent on us to make sure that we have the resilience to not be dependent on China and potential adversaries of the United States for goods that are going to be crucial for us.

Larry, there is some good stuff here, but you need to read the new book Trade Wars are Class Wars. The issue is foreign capital flows into the United States and the distortions that has caused. We should support the Baldwin-Hawley currency bill from last year.
