If during the Clinton or Obama Administrations there had been a statement from @POTUS or anyone senior official in the morning before the Employment Report it would have been a major scandal—with all sorts of investigations following on.

It’s extraordinary that premature Presidential observations on sensitive data releases are barely newsworthy in 2018, given all else that @POTUS is doing.

Someone needs to write a list of things this administration has done that deserve an investigation because there are many of them and we've all lost track

Siskind explained that she makes the list to keep track of how much things are changing around us so not to get numb or normalize the creeping authoritarianism. I think it’s a useful tool for resistance.

It's an amazing resource, but it's also really hard to read. Seeing it all in print, everything he gets away with and does, makes me so angry. I doubt there's been a single week so far that has less scandals that Obama's entire 8 years.

I think it was purposeful. Trump wanted the markets to know the unemployment numbers would be good bc he was afraid that Wall Street would drop again bc of his imposing tariffs on our allies.

If trump is spilling classified intel to Russians (in the Oval!) then he’s def going to divulge insider trading info to his cronies. This is no longer a democracy and it’s happening right before our eyes.

You know what? This "whataboutism" garbage means no one can be prosecuted/held accountable for anything becuz 1 of every crime has already been committed, so I'm gonna stop paying taxes, drive 80 mph in school zones becuz I can't b in trbl if someone else already did it, right?

With MF Global there is a story behind the story. There are people inside government who stood up for the rule of law regardless of partisan BS. Justice is a purple issue and certain people in the field see it clearly. There are heros fighting the rigged system.
