"La peur fait faire des affaires qui n'ont pas de criss de bon sens." Le directeur national de la Santé publique, Horacio Arruda, est visiblement excédé par le sentiment de panique qui entoure le et lance un appel au calme. Nous le recevrons en entrevue à 17h20.

Doing interviews on coronavirus and open-source software back to back is hard. Do we want to maximize or minimize spread? Who coded the virus? What's the R0 of software?!!

Reminder that OCEAN fellows are both post-doc + post grad. You *don't* need to have a PhD to be a research fellow sciencing open source ecosystems. Applications are now open + international students are encouraged to apply.

Loved presenting on game theoretic disease model where individuals have to decide whether to protect or not, based on cost and strength of infection and protection. Interesting sweet spot for adoption of prevention where they find epidemic cycles.

Great talk by on The Big Science of Small Networks. Small graphs allow us to be exact when exact is hard and slow. Eg "studying the set of connected networks is hard." See at 11:40 on a connected configuration model and proceeding with .
