Much in the press about @YouTube's new rules. The thing is, these will last for six months before they revise them again, the same way the last set of changes did.

Worse, rules target "bad actors" w/multiple MCNs of 100s of channels to game autoplay ie: weird kid vids But bad actor can invest $775 to circumvent. Hire 250 Fivrs with task "Create 8 YouTube accts, play 16 hrs of my content." Hurts small channels, not bad actors with $$$.

Been wondering about that myself. @YTCreators and @TeamYouTube keep taking about the YPP, but if it doesn't affect MCNs, then the algorithms will still reward people who play with controversy for views.
