    If emissions are not rapidly reduced within this decade, most vulnerable among us & particularly LDCs will face unacceptable levels of risk & impacts Finance remains key for most vulnurables, adaptation finance needs to be doubled & support actions on Loss&Damage

    As the least responsible for the climate crisis, but suffering most from its impact, LDCs came to with high expectations. Any compromise on limiting warming to 1.5C will mean negotiating the lives of billions in the most vulnerable countries.

    Must ensure a balanced outcome at that is fair and ambitious. Glasgow decision must lead to deep cuts in global emissions & increased climate finance, so vulnerable countries can better adapt to the climate crisis & address the loss and damage we're increasingly suffering

    The is very critical and important for us. While all funds are important, this is “our own fund” and we all have benefitted from it both in meeting urgent needs as well as in strengthening systemic capacity for adaptation.
