Sorry for the confusion. You should call the library to setup an appointment to pick up your items. Originally libraries were calling patrons but that procedure changed and the message must not have been updated. Thanks for letting us know and the issue will be reported.

When you call the library press 3 and that should get you through to a library staff member.
