I’ve called Westwood Branch Library a dozen or so times over the last two days to try to set up an appointment for pick up but I can’t get though to a librarian to schedule a pick up. Can I just head over there?

Yes. I just tried to call three more times right now. I choose option 1 and Each time it rings for 6 rings and then just says mailbox full.

Just checked and got through. The staff mentioned that they have been getting a lot of calls at the same time so it has been tough to answer all of them. They close at 4:30 today but will be back on Monday at 10 am. Sorry for the inconvenience.
