I don't know why public libraries don't subscribe in peer reviewed periodical. It can be done in a way similar to http://sdl.edu.sa and http://uc.edu a group of universities, campuses share the cost. It will make public library an attraction place for many.

By the way, has anyone count how many generations from Adam and Eve until now? When I count my ancestors if found there are less than 50 generations. Is that believable?
