This will be a genuine hardship for the poor and unhoused who rely on library computers for communication, job search, benefits, medical issues--etc. It's a lifeline for them. Can computers be more widely spaced, disinfected more frequently, e.g., as an alternative?
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, public computers will be unavailable through 31. Free Wi-Fi is available (LAPL-PUBLIC) at all library locations.
