Should have realized it was a MacMillan title and I fully support all efforts to get
@MacmillanUSA to realize how wrong and short-sighted they are. I'll try to remember to look at the publisher before I request again. Sorry! My librarian friends would be so disappointed in me! -
We'll give you a pass. St. Martin's Publishing Group is a subsidiary of MacMillan so it's not obvious at first glance.
