You tell me. I want to renew a Kindle e-book that I borrowed via LAPL. Why don't you have an http://lapl.org page that clearly explains how patrons can renew their e-book titles?

Also, from My Library Account. why isn't there a "Renew Loan" button for digital titles like there is for print titles? Shouldn't make the patron jump through hoops trying to figure this out. And the people answering the LAPL phones don't seem to know how to renew e-book either.
