That game looks fascinating. Only skimmed rules quickly, but seems like it would give players a better real world sense of business strategy, company capitalization structures and stock market manipulation than an MBA.

This convoluted, yet entirely valid and likely strong, strategy is why I have avoided train games. I choose to live in a world where the track to riches does not go through intentional bankruptcy. It also has a lot more worker placement and fewer dice.
