Yep. Was exposed lotto culture as well (weren't we all to a certain degree) and never a big fan of it. Part of me wished they did something...like scratchers tied to S&P 500 and the scratcher was a chance to win a "jackpot" dividend payment. Make cap gains tax-free (w a limit).
