Afternoon, LA County Fire. Can you tell me if the fire was on a 1st or 2nd floor, how many units affected, any displaced and if it was a civilian injured?
UPDATE: #ShadowIC 1 victim transported to local hospital. IC requesting building and safety due to structural compromise.
