FFs were able to contain fire to building of origin through quick, aggressive action and despite heavy fire conditions on arrival. One nearby occupancy sustained smoke damage.

Knockdown achieved in under 90 mins. Overhaul operation will be extensive and continue for much of the day. No injuries to FFs or civilians. Cause under investigation.
