I wonder who is paying for all this shit when the city or county has to mobilize because someone rich can't fly their airplane right??? I hope there is a bill sent and not just leaving it to the tax payers who doesn't fly these planes.
*UPDATE* Single engine aircraft made a successful emergency landing on Orange Ave. between Willow & Spring in city of Signal Hill.
