I would just shoot the drones down. People who fly drones near fires deserve to lose the drone.

You need to recruit those drone pilots into your ranks. Have them pilot drones filled with water or equipped with hoses to put out fires. Keeps them out of trouble and reduces risks to human pilots flying near wildfires.
