  I got the alert for 9pm awhile ago on both my personal and work cell phone. Then a new alert for 10pm on my work cell phone only. Lol.

  City of Los Angeles is 9pm, but beyond city limits - the County of Los Angeles -- it's 10pm. (Still earlier in Culver City and Bev Hills and a few other cities)
