Is it true that everyone who happens to die for any reason and just happens to have covid -19 in their system is considered dead because of covid-19?

2018 2019 influenza Season was particularly mild With over 34,000 deaths reported nationwide. 1983 1984 flu deaths were above 56,000 In the 70s they would regularly top 90,000
