From @MayorOfLA: We created an $11 million loan program together with the @LACityCouncil to support the small businesses of Los Angeles. Its just a start and we hope that state and federal money will join us in this effort.

Glad small businesses are getting support, but what about the people that have been laid off work and are facing a no-fault eviction because the landlord wants to renovate? Help the people!

And what about ‘loans’ or ‘bailouts’ for people....moneys going to get tight soon. Probably need to start thinking about the possibility of violence soon if people can’t get back to work.

@PaulKoretzCD5 With all due respect, small businesses who have shut down completely are living off of credit or savings DO NOT need “loans”...we have no idea how long it will be before we can return to work and with no work, no $ is coming in.
