  Why not perfect the expo line path or balloona creek? Seems like downtown to the beach is just as important as cutting through an industrial section of downtown.

  I would love to see the goal of "greening" the LA river move forward and the use of India style stepwells to capture rainwater and increase permeable surface area in a small upside down pyramid like structure catching water can have other uses when dry-fire pits gardens pools etc
