You have to reported to the city of Los Angeles make sure you take pictures or videos of the potholes and the damage on your car And try to make a police report so like that you got proof and reported to your insurance is going to take a long time but you’ll get the money

My neighbors and I complained about dumping on our street and a homeless encampment about 10 times and nothing was done. I never received any contact information. A few weeks later my car was broken into and my stuff was stolen.
