Hey twitter. For those of you who changed a crucial habbit in your life, could you please share what was your trigger for changing ?

I've been building a ton of habits over the past half year, never used a trigger though. My tip is doing a spreadsheet of things you want to do and checking daily if you were able to do it. Thats what I did for the first weeks. Wish you good luck on achieving your goals.
