I had planned to aim for sometime in early August to reopen my local event, under careful discretion and with precautions put in place. With the current developments of COVID-19 though I believe it would be better to wait. I value the health of my attendants more than this game.
As a TO it’s appropriate that I make my stance clear on this matter. I urge other organizers to consider the safety of their fellow competitors as well. I know WiFi sucks and we’re all ready to get back to events, but it is not worth risking the life of yourself or a loved one.
